April 12th 2012 Outfit of the Day

Hi guys Fashionistas!! I hope everybody had a good weekend. Today, Sunday, was a very productive day. I did some house chores that’s been long due. I mean  like  dust bunnies due.lol.  But its funny, although I was truly productive I still felt like a bum cuz I literally didn’t leave the house all day. Its so rare that I’m in the house for 24 hours. So it just feels……wrong. lol.

Presenting to you my brand new and my first ever pair of fringe Minnetonka boots. I know this trend is about 3 or maybe even 4 years old so I’m a late bandwagoner if you wanna call it that. lol. I initially thought that this trend was obnoxious and fad-ish. So I thought it was gonna go away eventually like the way I thought UGG was gonna go away. Speaking of UGG, that too contributed my change of heart and my decision to purchase these. I just am not digging the UGG thing anymore. No offense to hardcore UGG  fans. I will still wear ‘em but probably on my “run down” days. lol. Don’t worry UGG! I’m not completely kicking you to the curb cuz I do have a loafer ( http://instagr.am/p/oveP3/  ) from you guys that I absolutely adore, I’ll definitely still get more wear out of those than my sheepskin boots.

Anyway, I bought my Minnetonkas at Amazon.com (  http://amzn.to/IZXFcU  ).  They didn’t offer half sizes so I went half  a size down instead of up. I am a true 7.5 but I ordered a 7 and they are just perfect. Feels amazing. I regret on why I just decided to buy a pair now cuz I am absolutely obsessed and head over heels. They just look edgy chic and very comfortable.

I saw this tractor in the middle of this huge parking lot. It was the perfect prop! It matched with my shirt. lol
